At Belmont Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all security tags and original packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our client services team via email or through your account dashboard to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and dedicated shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box and pack it into a sturdy shipping carton with all original certificates, manuals, and protective films.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns must be shipped with full insurance and tracking.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned timepiece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
